Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TopStat analytics service ("the Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Plans & billing

The Free plan is provided as-is, with the usage limits shown on the pricing page.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in USD via our payment processor Dodo Payments, on a monthly or yearly (2 months free) schedule. Prices may include VAT depending on your country.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but no refunds are issued for the current or past billing periods.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to track websites you do not own or control, to collect personal or sensitive data about visitors, or for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or materially exceed plan limits after notice.

4. Event limits

If you exceed your plan's monthly event limit, tracking continues and no data is lost; we may ask you to upgrade if you remain over the limit. Events caused by denial-of-service attacks will not count against you — contact service@topstat.top.

5. Service availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance.

服务条款（中文摘要）

套餐与计费：免费版按定价页所示限额提供；付费版（Pro、Business）以美元计价，经 Dodo Payments 按包月或包年（立省 2 个月）收款，可能含增值税。订阅自动续期，可随时取消，取消后服务保留至已付费周期结束。

可接受使用：不得用于追踪你不拥有或无权控制的网站、收集访客个人或敏感数据、或任何非法用途；滥用或恶意超额的账户可能被暂停。
事件额度：超出套餐额度仍会继续统计且不丢数据；持续超额会提示升级。因 DDoS 攻击产生的事件不计入额度。
免责：服务按“现状”提供；在法律允许范围内，累计赔偿责任以索赔前 12 个月你实际支付的金额为上限。
条款变更：重大变更将提前至少 14 天通过邮件或控制台通知。
