Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TopStat analytics service ("the Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Plans & billing

The Free plan is provided as-is, with the usage limits shown on the pricing page.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in USD via our payment processor Creem, on a monthly or yearly (2 months free) schedule. Prices may include VAT depending on your country.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days of payment for a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to track websites you do not own or control, to collect personal or sensitive data about visitors, or for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or materially exceed plan limits after notice.

4. Event limits

If you exceed your plan's monthly event limit, tracking continues and no data is lost; we may ask you to upgrade if you remain over the limit. Events caused by denial-of-service attacks will not count against you — contact support.

5. Service availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance.
